Connection Failed

  2. Restart both your tracker and your phone.
  3. Unpaired the tracker in the Runmefit App, then pair it again.

If none of the solutions in the table above resolve the issue, it is recommended to perform a factory reset on the tracker.

Additionally, check your phone's Bluetooth settings to see if there is any previously paired tracker information. If found, please delete it and then re-pair the tracker.

Why might the step count be inaccurate?

  1. Step counting accuracy depends on various factors such as walking posture, stride habits, walking speed, continuity, terrain, arm swing amplitude, and swing frequency.
  2. Make sure you've correctly entered and synced your personal information (gender, height, weight, age) to the fitness tracker. These data points affect the step calculation algorithm.
  3. During daily activities, swinging your arms or body may cause the tracker to mistakenly record steps—especially if the motion is rhythmic or sustained.
  4. If you walk only a few steps or the motion isn't continuous, the tracker may not register any steps.

Why is the heart rate reading inaccurate?

Inaccuracies may result from improper wearing. For best results:Avoid wearing the strap too tightly or too loosely.Keep your arm relaxed and still during measurement.Ensure the fitness tracker is snugly in contact with your wrist.

Why is there no historical heart rate or Blood Oxygen data?

Please ensure that the automatic detection feature is enabled (turn on automatic measurement in the Runmefit App under Device Settings).

Sometimes the fitness tracker may fail to collect data due to improper wearing during automatic detection. If the sensor fails to get a reading, no data will be recorded for that session.。

Why am I not receiving notifications on the fitness tracker?

  1. Ensure both your fitness tracker and Runmefit App are updated to the latest version.
  2. Confirm that Bluetooth is properly connected and the tracker can sync data with the app.
  3. In the App, go to Notifications and ensure the toggle is ON. Then enable the specific apps you want notifications from.
  4. Go to Do Not Disturb. If DND is enabled, notifications will be silenced. Disable it if needed.
  5. Only notifications that appear in your phone's status bar can be forwarded to the tracker. Make sure app messages are allowed to appear in the phone's status bar.

Why doesn't the fitness tracker screen light up when I raise my wrist?

  1. Please ensure the Raise Wrist to Wake feature is turned on.
  2. Check whether the fitness tracker has turned on Do Not Disturb mode. In Do Not Disturb mode, turning the wrist will not light up the screen.
  3. When walking or standing, it's recommended to raise your wrist naturally from your side to view the screen (try to keep the screen as horizontal as possible).
  4. If the wrist raise movement is too small or the angle insufficient, the sensor may not detect the motion and the screen won't light up.
