- Update both your fitness tracker firmware and the App to the latest version.
- Make sure your phone is connected to the internet and turn on Bluetooth.
- Enable GPS on your phone, and ensure the App has been granted location access in your phone's settings.

If none of the solutions in the table above resolve the issue, it is recommended to perform a factory reset on the tracker.
Additionally, check your phone's Bluetooth settings to see if there is any previously paired tracker information. If found, please delete it and then re-pair the tracker.
Why might the step count be inaccurate?
- Step counting accuracy depends on various factors such as walking posture, stride habits, walking speed, continuity, terrain, arm swing amplitude, and swing frequency.
- Make sure you've correctly entered and synced your personal information (gender, height, weight, age) to the fitness tracker. These data points affect the step calculation algorithm.
- During daily activities, swinging your arms or body may cause the tracker to mistakenly record steps—especially if the motion is rhythmic or sustained.
- If you walk only a few steps or the motion isn't continuous, the tracker may not register any steps.
Why is the heart rate reading inaccurate?
Inaccuracies may result from improper wearing. For best results:Avoid wearing the strap too tightly or too loosely.Keep your arm relaxed and still during measurement.Ensure the fitness tracker is snugly in contact with your wrist.
Why is there no historical heart rate or Blood Oxygen data?
Please ensure that the automatic detection feature is enabled (turn on automatic measurement in the Runmefit App under Device Settings).
Sometimes the fitness tracker may fail to collect data due to improper wearing during automatic detection. If the sensor fails to get a reading, no data will be recorded for that session.。
Why am I not receiving notifications on the fitness tracker?
- Ensure both your fitness tracker and Runmefit App are updated to the latest version.
- Confirm that Bluetooth is properly connected and the tracker can sync data with the app.
- In the App, go to Notifications and ensure the toggle is ON. Then enable the specific apps you want notifications from.
- Go to Do Not Disturb. If DND is enabled, notifications will be silenced. Disable it if needed.
- Only notifications that appear in your phone's status bar can be forwarded to the tracker. Make sure app messages are allowed to appear in the phone's status bar.
- If all settings are correct and you still don't receive notifications, try restarting your phone and reconnecting the tracker.
Why doesn't the fitness tracker screen light up when I raise my wrist?
- Please ensure the Raise Wrist to Wake feature is turned on.
- Check whether the fitness tracker has turned on Do Not Disturb mode. In Do Not Disturb mode, turning the wrist will not light up the screen.
- When walking or standing, it's recommended to raise your wrist naturally from your side to view the screen (try to keep the screen as horizontal as possible).
- If the wrist raise movement is too small or the angle insufficient, the sensor may not detect the motion and the screen won't light up.
How to update firmware?
- You will receive a notification in the App when a firmware update is available. Please be patient as the update may take some time.
- To check if your fitness tracker firmware is the latest version, open the Runmefit App and find the "Firmware Update" option.
- During the update, keep the tracker has at least 30% battery, maintain stable phone internet connection, keep the tracker and phone close together, and avoid exiting the update screen or restarting the tracker.
How to Use Remote Photo Taking?
- The Remote Photo Taking feature requires camera permission granted to the Runmefit App in your phone settings.
- Remote Photo Taking only works when the Runmefit App is running in the foreground; it won’t work if the app is running in the background.
Why doesn't my phone respond when using the fitness tracker's Find Phone function?
- Make sure the fitness tracker is connected to the Runmefit App.
- Check that your phone is not in silent mode; if it is, the Find Phone function won't work. Please turn off silent mode.
- The App must have permission to access the system's sound (media volume). Please enable sound permission for the app in your phone settings.
Why is the time on the fitness tracker inaccurate?
- When connected to the Runmefit App successfully, the fitness tracker syncs time from your phone.
- If the tracker runs out of battery and powers off for a long time, the time may become incorrect. After charging, reconnect with the App to sync the correct time.
