GTR3 is a smartwatch that can provide health data management and fitness tracking. It not only supports Bluetooth calls and message notifications, but also has a variety of built-in practical functions to help you enjoy a smart life.
* The health detection function of the GTR3 smartwatch is intended to provide reference data and cannot be used for medical diagnosis.
This user manual will help you start using the GTR3 smartwatch and explore its rich functional applications. Before use, please charge and activate your GTR3 smartwatch and connect it through the Runmefit app.

Before first use
Charge |
Connect the charging cradle (magnetic charging cable) to the charging point at the bottom of the watch to charge. |
Power on |
Charge or press and hold the crown for 4 seconds to activate the device and turn it on. |
Note: Please use a power adapter or output with a specified voltage of 5V to avoid damage to the watch.
App download and connect
To connect the watch to your smartphone, you need to install the "Runmefit" app.
How to download Runmefit app:

Before pairing, please make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on. Be sure to connect your watch through the Runmefit app. Do not pair directly through the Bluetooth in your phone.

Taking the GTR3 device as an example, the device's Bluetooth name is usually displayed as "GTR3 -****". "****" is usually a random combination of numbers and letters.

Possible problems when pairing:
Why can't I search for my device in the Runmefit app?
Please check the following:

Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on. |

Make sure the watch is not connected to the phone's Bluetooth. |
Note: The Runmefit app will automatically block devices connected to the Bluetooth when searching for nearby devices. Therefore, if the watch is already connected to the Bluetooth of the phone, the device cannot be searched in the Runmefit app.
If your watch is already connected to your phone via Bluetooth, please follow the steps below:

Tap "Disconnect" or "Forget This Device" to disconnect. |

Function introduction
Features include: Activities, Sports, Sports records, Phone, Heart rate, Stress, Blood oxygen, Respiratory rate, Sleep, MAI, Weather, Notifications, Event Reminder, Music, More, Settings.
Operation: Press the physical button on the home page to enter the function menu interface, slide up and down to select the corresponding function icon, and click to enter the corresponding function.
* Blood pressure and Blood glucose functions are not displayed by default. If needed, you can download them from Runmefit's "App center".
1. Activities
•In the today's activity interface, you can view and record the data generated by all daily activities.
•The main indicators of today's activities are composed of three parts: steps, medium and high intensity, and standing. The watch will also record other activity data, including distance, consumption, etc.
2. Sports
The device supports 100+ sports modes.

After a three-second countdown, the watch will officially enter the exercise mode. During exercise, you will record time, heart rate, steps, calories, distance, step frequency, speed, number of rope skipping, and other data. (Due to the particularity of some exercises, only time, heart rate, and calories are recorded.) |

After working out, the workout data is automatically saved in "Sports records". (If the exercise time is too short, the exercise data will not be recorded.) |
3.Sports records
•Record your exercise information and view the results. Due to limited storage space, it is recommended to sync data to the App immediately after exercise to avoid overwriting exercise data.
4. Phone
•After connecting to Bluetooth calling, you can make calls or view and answer calls.
5. Heart rate
•The device supports manual heart rate detection and automatic detection.
•Heart rate data will be saved on the device for 7 days, and you can sync the data to the APP for viewing.
•After starting the heart rate measurement app, keep your arm and wrist still during the measurement process.

6.Stress
• Stress is calculated by the change of heart rate variability value, which is used to evaluate the change of physical state.
• There are four levels of stress: relaxed, normal, moderate, and elevated.
• Usually when the stress is elevated, you should take a proper rest.
• Stress does not support automatic measurement function. Only manual measurement can be included in the data.

•Blood oxygen data may vary and is for reference only. It should not be used for medical diagnosis.

9. Sleep
•Analyze and record your sleep by measuring your heart rate and movement while you sleep.
•Wear the device to sleep, the device will monitor your sleep at night and record your sleep status.
•Sleep data will be saved on the device for 7 days, and you can sync the data to the APP to view it.
•The time of falling asleep and waking up may be inaccurate.
10.MAI
•MAI, or MAI Health Vitality Score, is a health rating calculated from various factors such as heart rate, blood oxygen, stress, and exercise intensity. You can improve your MAI by improving sleep, increasing the time of medium to high intensity exercise, and increasing the number of steps.
•The full score is 100 points, divided into 3 levels:

•We recommend keeping the MAI score above 80 points every day. This can help reduce the risk of heart-related diseases.

11.Breathe
•Breathe is a breathing exercise feature that helps relax and reduce stress and anxiety through deep breathing.

12.MET
•MET (Metabolic Equivalent of Task) is a common indicator reflecting the level of energy metabolism during various activities, based on energy consumption while resting and sitting. It keeps track of your daily activities, with higher MET values indicating greater physical activity.
* This app is not displayed by default. You can download it from Runmefit's "Devices" >"App center".
How to view MET:
Press the crown and wake up the menu list, find and select MET, and you can view this week's cumulative MET.
13.Weather
•After connecting to the app, you can sync the weather to the device.
•It supports viewing the weather for the next seven days, as well as sunrise/sunset times and moonrise/moonset times.
Note:This feature is only available after you connect to the App and enable location permissions.
14.Notifications
•Keep the watch connected to the phone.
•After enabling the message notification permission, you can receive notification reminders from the phone on the watch.
•Swipe up on the watch face page to enter the message center to view the latest messages.
How to turn on message notifications:
IOS user:

15.Event reminder
•Event reminder allows you to sync important events to the watch through the app.
Add event reminder process:

16.Music control
•Music allows you to control music playback on your phone from the device after connecting to the app.
•It supports operations such as switching songs, playing, pausing, and volume control.
•To use this feature, you need to open a music player on your phone and start playing.
17.Voice assistant
•Voice assistant allows you to control your watch functions through voice commands, such as making calls, checking weather forecasts, listening to music, and more.
•Using the voice assistant function requires the phone and watch to be connected via Bluetooth audio.
•After turning on this function, the watch will directly wake up the voice assistant of the mobile phone.

Note:Due to system compatibility reasons, this feature may not be available on some Android phones.
18.Timer
•Timer measures time intervals. You can use the preset duration on your device. It'll remind you when the time is up.
•You can also customize a specific duration and start timing immediately.

19.Stopwatch
•Stopwatch allows you to record time usage during activities such as running or swimming. You can pause or reset the stopwatch at any time.

20.Calculator
•Calculator allows you to perform simple calculation functions. You can perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division calculations directly on the watch.

21.Alarm
•Alarm allows you to set multiple alarms to help you complete tasks on time or remind you of important schedules. It includes adding, deleting, turning on and off settings, and can set up to 5 alarms.
•When the set alarm time is reached, the watch will remind you and you can choose to turn it off.
•You can also set and sync alarms through the app.

22.Find my phone
•Tap "Find my phone" in the "Menu list" . Your phone will ring or vibrate.
23.Flashlight
•Flashlight allows you to illuminate the surroundings in the dark. This feature turns your watch into a flashlight, providing illumination at night or in low-light conditions.
Note: Turning on this feature will greatly increase power consumption.
24.Menu view
•Press the crown to wake up the menu list, find and tap "More", then find and tap "Menu View" to switch between "List View" and "Grid View".
25.World clock
•World clock allows you to easily check the time around the world. It can display up to 10 cities.

27.Women's health
•Women's Health keeps track of your menstrual cycle, providing insights into your physiological patterns such as menstrual, ovulation, and fertility periods.

Manual menstrual cycle recording process:
Click the "Women's Health" widget on the app "home" page to record your menstrual period and intelligently predict the next menstrual period, fertile period and ovulation day based on your menstrual cycle.
28.Calendar
•Calendar allows you to view the current date on the watch.
29.Settings
•The settings include: display, power saving, change watch face, time format, vibrations, sounds, shortcut button, favorites, workout settings, do not disturb, connect to phone, power off, restart, about, and factory reset.
Precautions
1) This product has 3ATM waterproof rating, only suitable for daily waterproofing, such as light rain, splashing and washing hands.
2) Please avoid wearing it when swimming for a long time or in open water.
3) Do not wear it during diving, hot showers, saunas or other water sports.
