Runmefit version 5.1.0 introduces Bio Age and Data Source features to provide a more complete health management experience. Here's what's new.
New Bio Age Feature
Bio Age assesses your body status using health metrics such as sleep, activity and heart rate, helping you track body changes over time.
To get started, open the "Bio Age" card on the App "Home" page and complete your profile. Once enabled, you can view your current Bio Age assessment and learn which metrics may affect your Bio Age.
Bio Age is not a fixed value. It may change based on your health data, measurements, and other factors. Maintaining healthy habits can help improve your Bio Age assessment.
Note: Bio Age is for daily health reference only and is not intended for medical diagnosis.

New Data Sources Feature
The "Data Sources" feature lets Runmefit sync and manage health data from phone platforms.
iPhone users can connect to Apple Health, while Android users can connect to Google Fit and Health Connect. You can use Runmefit to view health data even without a Runmefit watch or fitness tracker.
The app automatically selects a appropriate data source based on the connection status. You can also switch sources manually.
