Why can’t I view the AI Sleep Report?

When accessing the AI Sleep Report in the Runmefit App, you may encounter a blank screen or messages such as “More sleep data needed,” “Please wear it for one/two more nights,” or “Sign in to activate.” These are not malfunctions but occur because the necessary conditions to generate the report have not yet been met.

 

Scenario 1: Prompt “More sleep data needed” or “Please wear it for one/two more nights”

The AI Sleep Report feature requires at least two nights of complete sleep data, and this must include data from the most recent night.

Why?

  • A single night's data may be influenced by random factors and may not accurately reflect your typical sleep patterns.
  • Two nights of data allow the AI to better identify your sleep trends and improve the accuracy of the analysis.

Recommended actions:

  • Wear the device continuously for at least two consecutive nights while sleeping.
  • Each morning, open the Runmefit App to sync your sleep data.
     

 

Scenario 2: Prompt “Sign in to activate”

If you are not logged into your account, the AI Sleep Report will not be available.

Why?

  • The report relies on cloud-based algorithm analysis.Linking your account ensures your sleep data is accurately associated and processed.

Recommended actions:

  • Open the Runmefit App and go to the “Me” page to complete the login process.
  • Then go to the device page to confirm that your watch is successfully connected to the Runmefit App.
     

 

Scenario 3: Blank Screen Displayed

If the page appears blank, it may be because data is still syncing in the background.

Why?

  • Syncing sleep data can take some time, especially when you open the Runmefit App for the first time in the morning.
  • A blank screen at this stage does not indicate a failure in analysis.

Recommended actions:

  • Ensure a stable internet connection and confirm that your watch is connected within the Runmefit App.
  • Check if the sleep record on your watch is complete, and verify that the sleep data has been synced in the app.
  • Stay on the report page for 15–30 seconds to allow the AI to automatically process the data and generate the report.
