Your redemption request may be rejected if you don't meet the requirements for the reward or if the reward isn't available for you to redeem.
If your redemption is rejected, the Reward Points used for the request will be returned to your Runmefit Account. You don't need to submit the request again.
Common reasons for a rejected redemption include:
All redemption requests are reviewed before they are Approved. Your request may be rejected if we find that your Reward Points were earned or your step data was obtained in an unusual or unauthorized way.
This may happen if you:
- Have unusual step data.
- Use unauthorized tools or other methods to modify activity data.
- Earn Reward Points in ways that violate the program rules.
-
Have Account activity that doesn’t comply with the Runmefit Rewards Program Terms and Conditions or the rules of the relevant promotion.
Some rewards have additional eligibility requirements. For example:
- The reward is only available in certain regions.
- The reward is only available to eligible Runmefit Plus members.
- The reward has reached its redemption limit, is out of stock, or is temporarily unavailable.
For the latest information on reward availability, eligibility requirements, and redemption limits, check the Rewards Center in the App.
How do I check why my request was rejected?
Go to Home > Today > History and find the relevant redemption record to check the reason for rejection.
You can also check the email address linked to your Runmefit Account. We will send the redemption result and related details by email.
If you think your request was rejected by mistake, contact our support team to request a review. We will check your redemption record again, then email you the result.
Please note that requesting a review doesn’t guarantee approval. The final decision depends on the outcome of the review.
