What Is Runmefit Rewards Program?

  • Updated

The Runmefit Rewards Program encourages daily walking and helps you build lasting, healthy habits.

You can earn Reward Points by reaching daily step goals, maintaining your streak, and completing other activities in the App. Reward Points are virtual credits within the Runmefit App and have no cash value. You can redeem them for eligible rewards, such as Runmefit Plus memberships and gift cards, in the Exchange Center

The Runmefit Rewards Program is currently available only in selected regions. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

Participation is free. Eligible Runmefit Accounts are automatically enrolled, so you don't need to sign up separately.

How It Works

  • Reach your daily step goal: Manually claim Reward Points based on your daily steps. Once your claim is successful, your daily streak is recorded.
  • Maintain your streak: Complete daily check-ins to join streak challenges and earn bonus Reward Points.
  • Earn more through rewarded ads: You may have the opportunity to earn extra Reward Points by watching ads.

Your step data can sync from a Runmefit fitness tracker or watch, or be imported from Apple Health, Google Fit, or Health Connect. Make sure the Runmefit App has permission to access your step data so your steps can be recorded correctly.

  • Step Rewards

Each step goal is a reward tier based on your total steps for the day. The Reward Points you can claim depend on the highest tier you reach. Runmefit Plus members earn double the Reward Points at each tier.

⚠️ Daily step goals, Reward Points per tier, and the daily limit on Reward Points you can claim may change from time to time.

Swipe "Slide to convert steps" or tap a treasure chest to collect Reward Points.

  • Streaks and Streak Challenges

Successfully claiming Reward Points for your daily steps counts as completing your streak check-in for the day. Keep your streak going to earn bonus Reward Points. The longer your streak, the more Reward Points you can earn.

For example, 6/7 Days on the Streak page means you have maintained your streak for 6 consecutive days. Complete one more day to finish the 7-day streak challenge and earn 15 Reward Points.

Missing a day interrupts your streak. If you miss 4 or more consecutive days, your streak will reset, and you'll need to start again from Day 1. However, you may have options to restore your streak.

⚠️ Streak challenge durations and Reward Point amounts may change from time to time. Check the App for the latest details.

  • Redeem Rewards

Once you've earned enough Reward Points, go to My > Exchange Center to redeem rewards such as Runmefit Plus memberships and gift cards.

Check each reward's page for its redemption requirements and rules.

Important Notes

  • By participating in the Runmefit Rewards Program, you agree to the Runmefit Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. We work to keep the program fair and protect users who earn rewards through genuine walking activity.
  • We regularly review step data and Account activity. Using third-party tools to manipulate step counts or earn Reward Points through unauthorized methods is prohibited. If we detect unusual activity, we may reject redemption requests or restrict your eligibility to participate in the Rewards Program.

FAQ

Do I have to convert my steps every day?

Yes. Convert your steps each day to earn Reward Points and complete your Streak Challenge. If you don't convert your steps before the daily reset, that day's steps can't be converted into Reward Points.

Can I convert my steps more than once a day?

Yes. You can convert your steps several times a day as you walk.

When do I need to convert my steps?

Your steps are counted from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., but don't wait until the last minute because after that time, the counter will reset to 0.

Here are a few tips to make sure you don't lose any of your progress:

  • Set a clock to receive a reminder.
  • Don't wait until the last minute, as synchronization with Google Fit or Apple Health may take a few moments, so allow yourself some extra time.
