What Is MAI and How Does It Work?

  • Updated

MAI (Vitality Index) uses multi-dimensional health data, including heart rate, blood oxygen level, stress, sleep, and daily activity levels.

Instead of focusing on individual metrics, MAI evaluates your activity performance based on three key areas: Steps, Standing Duration, and Exercise Performance, helping you understand your overall vitality status.

MAI Score

The maximum MAI score is 100 points. The score is divided into three ranges: 0–30, 31–59, and 60–100. A higher score indicates a higher activity level and better vitality status.

Level Classification:

Score RangeStatus Level
0-30Low Vitality
31-59Healthy Baseline
60-100Great Shape
