What is Runmefit AI Insights?
Runmefit AI Insights uses AI to analyze your synced health data, including activity, sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen, and other health metrics. It automatically generates personalized daily summaries to help you understand your recent health status and provide helpful suggestions based on your data.
For example, "You are in excellent condition! But you didn't get enough sleep last night. I suggest you go to bed earlier tonight."
How Often Are AI Insights Generated?
Runmefit AI Insights are generated based on 7 daily health periods. During each period, AI provides insights related to your activity, sleep, and health data.
Tapping the AI Insights card within its designated time window will display the same content. Swipe up on the screen to review your past summaries.

Note: If your App does not have enough data, AI Insights will not be generated. The App will prompt you to wear your watch or fitness tracker or enable data sharing. Follow the instructions to sync your data and generate personalized AI Insights.
What Is Runmefit AI Chat?
Runmefit AI Chat is an intelligent health assistant that helps you analyze your synced health data, answer health-related questions, and guide you through watch or fitness tracker settings.
You can ask questions naturally, such as:
- “Analyze my sleep last night.”
- “What is heart rate?”
You can also tap the chat bubble to send a question. Runmefit AI will provide personalized feedback or step-by-step guidance based on your data.
How Is Runmefit AI Different from ChatGPT, Gemini, or Other AI Assistants?
General AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Gemini provide answers based on publicly available information. They do not analyze your personal health data.
Runmefit AI uses your synced activity, sleep, heart rate, and other health data to provide personalized insights based on your own watch or fitness tracker data.
In addition, Runmefit AI can help you configure watch and fitness tracker features, while general AI assistants are mainly designed for information and chats.

What Can I Ask Runmefit AI?
Runmefit AI focuses on your personal health data and Runmefit App features.
You can ask about:
- Sleep, activity, and heart rate analysis
- MAI Index, calories, step goals, and other health metrics
- Setting alarms, adjusting activity goals, and viewing historical reports
Runmefit AI does not support:
- Non-health topics (for example, “Help me choose food”)

Use Smart Actions Through AI Chat
You can send commands directly to Runmefit AI to quickly complete settings and sync them to your watch or fitness tracker.
For example, you can enter "Set an alarm for 12:00 PM tomorrow." AI will create a shortcut card. Tap the card to open the Alarm page. After confirmation, the alarm will sync to your watch or fitness tracker. The App will return to the AI Chat page and display "Setup complete."
You can also send commands such as "Change my step goal to 8,000 steps."
Chat History and Storage
Runmefit AI automatically logs and preserves your chat history. Your chats are securely saved on your profile and will never be automatically deleted by the system.
View Chat History
- Tap the Menu icon in the top-left corner of the AI Chat screen to pull up the sidebar panel and view your recent chats.
Storage & Display Limits
- 30-Thread Limit: The sidebar menu displays up to 30 of your most recent chat threads at a time.
- Rolling History: When you exceed this limit, older chats are automatically hidden from the active list to keep your workspace clean.
- Retrieve Hidden Chats: To make older, hidden chats visible again, manually delete a few unwanted threads from your current active list.
Delete or Start a New Chat
- Press and hold a chat record, then tap "Delete".
- Tap "New chat" to start a new chat.
- Tap the "X" icon in the top-right corner or swipe left to return to the chat page.
Chat Input
Text Display
- The input box displays up to 5 lines of text by default.
- When the entered text exceeds the display area, the latest content will automatically scroll upward.
- You can swipe up or down within the input box to review previously entered text.
For Longer Messages
- If your message is too long, tap the Expand icon in the top-right corner of the input box to enter full-screen editing mode, where you can view and edit the complete content.
- Each message supports up to 2,000 characters.
Daily Question Limits and Plus Benefits
Daily Question Limit
- Non-Plus members can ask up to 20 questions per day.
- The limit automatically resets at 12:00 AM (midnight) every day.
- After reaching the limit, the App will prompt you to upgrade to Plus.

FAQ
Why does AI Chat show an error or fail to connect?
- Check your network connection: Ensure your phone has a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
- Try another network: Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Check watch or fitness tracker sync: Make sure your watch or fitness tracker is connected to the App and your latest data has been synced.
Why does AI Insights say there is not enough data?
AI Insights requires continuous health data to generate analysis.
Wear your watch or fitness tracker regularly to collect sufficient data.
To access weekly reports, wear your watch or fitness tracker for at least 5 consecutive days.
Why does AI Chat show “Daily limit reached”?
This means you have reached the daily question limit for non-Plus members.
The limit is 20 questions per day. It resets automatically at midnight.
Upgrade to Plus to unlock unlimited AI chats.
Why do some AI charts show a lock icon?
Without an active Plus membership, only chart previews are available. Full chart details require Plus access.
Does Runmefit AI share my health data?
Absolutely No. Runmefit AI only accesses health data that you actively sync in the App. Any data used for AI analysis is deleted according to data management policies. Your health profiles and generated insights can only be viewed by you.
We strictly follow advanced data encryption protocols. Your personal health metrics are never sold, shared, or utilized for advertising or any third-party commercial purposes.
