Sleep

  • The band automatically detects sleep stages using heart rate and movement data and records your sleep duration and sleep status.
  • Open the Runmefit App next day and pull down to sync and view your data: Sleep Animal and Sleep Score.
  • Sleep records may vary slightly due to sleep habits, wearing position, and other factors. Minor variations are normal.

Based on your sleep analysis results, the app assigns a Sleep Animal that reflects your sleep style and sleep quality. There are nine Sleep Animals grouped into three sleep quality levels:

  • High‑quality sleep: Lion, Owl, Dolphin
  • Medium‑quality sleep: Cat, Bear, Otter
  • Low‑quality sleep: Penguin, Giraffe, Shark

  1. Sleep Score

Sleep scores (0 to 100) are estimated based on the following three core sleep indicators:

  • Sleep Duration Sufficient: The extent to which your actual sleep duration matches the recommended duration.
  • Restorative Sleep: The ratio of deep sleep and rapid eye movement (REM) sleep to total sleep duration.
  • Sleep Continuity: The duration of wakefulness during the night.
  • Excellent (90-100), High (80-89), OK (65-79), Low (50-64), Very Low ( less than 50)

Heart Rate

  • Automatic measurement. Heart rate data is recorded once per minute.

Blood Oxygen

  • Automatic measurement. Blood oxygen data is recorded every 15 minutes.

Stress

  • Stress supports both automatic measurement (recorded every 30 minutes) and manual measurement in the app.
  • Stress is calculated based on heart rate variability (HRV) to reflect changes in physical state.
  • Four levels: Relaxed, Normal, Medium, and High.

Respiratory Rate

  • Automatic measurement. Respiratory rate is recorded every 15 minutes.

HRV

  • Automatic measurement. HRV is recorded every 30 minutes.
  • HRV is used to evaluate long-term fatigue and overall physical and mental load.

Workout Detection

  • The band supports automatic detection of walking, running, and cycling workouts.
  • When you start a workout, the band detects your activity.

MAI

  • Sync your data in the Runmefit App and tap "MAI" to view details.

MET

  • MET (Metabolic Equivalent of Task) measures exercise intensity, based on resting energy expenditure (1 MET = resting state). Higher values indicate higher energy use.
  • Typically, a daily MET value of 6 or higher indicates vigorous intensity, 3–5.9 indicates moderate intensity, and 1.1–2.9 indicates low intensity.
  • Sync your data in the Runmefit App and tap "MET" to view details.

Activity

  • Activity includes five metrics: steps, distance, calories, active stand time, and moderate-to-vigorous activity.
  • Default goal: Step goal is 2,000 steps, calorie goal is 500 calorie and distance goal is 5 kilometers.
  • You can change goals in the Runmefit App: "Devices" > "Daily Activity".
  • Active Stand: Marks each hour with at least 1 minute of standing or movement while wearing the fitness tracker.
  • Moderate-to-Vigorous Activity: Counts minutes with step rate at least 80 steps per minute.
*Data is collected by sensors and algorithm models. Results may vary from actual conditions. For reference only.

Fitness

Why might the step count be inaccurate?

  • Step counting accuracy depends on various factors such as walking posture, stride habits, walking speed, continuity, terrain, arm swing amplitude, and swing frequency.
  • Make sure you’ve correctly entered and synced your personal information (gender, height, weight, age) to the band. These data points affect the step calculation algorithm.
  • During daily activities, swinging your arms or body may cause the band to mistakenly record steps—especially if the motion is rhythmic or sustained.
  • If you walk only a few steps or the motion isn’t continuous, the band may not register any steps.

Health Monitoring

Why is the heart rate reading inaccurate?

Inaccuracies may result from improper wearing. For best results: Avoid wearing the strap too tightly or too loosely. Keep your arm relaxed and still during measurement. Ensure the band is snugly in contact with your wrist.

Why is there no historical heart rate or Blood Oxygen data?

Improper wear may cause measurement failures, resulting in missing data.
