How to Download Watch Faces
Before downloading and installing watch faces, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The phone has a stable internet connection.
- The fitness tracker or watch is successfully connected to the “Runmefit” App.
- The device remains close to the phone to avoid disconnection.
- Do not exit the App or switch to other applications during installation.
Steps:
- Open the “Runmefit” App and tap the "Devices" tab at the bottom.
- Enter the "Watch Face Store", select your preferred watch face, and tap "Install".
- Once “Installation Successful ✓” is displayed, the watch face will automatically sync to your fitness tracker or watch.
How to Create a Personalized AI Watch Face
- In the App’s "Devices" tab, tap "My Watch Face".
- Tap "Go" under "AI Watch Face".
- Describe your desired style in the input box (e.g., “a blue futuristic half-mechanical cat”) and tap send to generate an image.
- If unsatisfied, tap edit icon to regenerate or modify your description.
- Runmefit Plus members can create unlimited AI watch faces, while non-members have a limited number of generation attempts. After confirming the image, tap download icon and select "Set as Current Watch Face". The watch face will automatically sync and be saved to "My Watch Face".
Runmefit Plus Membership and Redemption
If you have a Runmefit Plus redemption code, you can unlock all paid watch faces and enjoy unlimited AI watch face creation after successful redemption.
How to Redeem:
- Open the “Runmefit” App and log in > tap "My" > enter the Runmefit Plus page > tap the redeem icon in the upper-right corner to access the "Redeem Code" page.
- On the Redeem Code page, enter your 12-character code.
- Tap the orange "Redeem" button to confirm.
- Check the result:
- Redemption Success: A green icon will appear, and your benefits will be applied immediately.
- Redemption Failed: Please check your input based on the red error message displayed (e.g., "Invalid or expired code").
How to Customize Watch Face
- Go to "My Watch Face" and tap "Go" under "Photo Watch Face".
- Add a background by selecting a photo from your phone gallery and tap "Set as Current Watch Face".
Note: The watch supports adjusting time position and color on the watch face. - Once set, the watch face will automatically sync to the fitness tracker or watch and be saved in "My Watch Face".
Troubleshooting
If watch face download or Installation Fails, please check the following first:
- Whether the network connection is stable.
- Whether the fitness tracker or watch is close to the phone.
- Whether the “Runmefit” App is allowed to run in the background.
If everything is correct, follow these steps:
- Restart the App: Fully close the “Runmefit” App and reopen it.
- Reconnect the device: Unbind and re-pair the device in the App.
- Clear phone resources: Close unnecessary background apps or free up storage space.
