Why Isn’t My Watch Weather Showing, Working, Updating, or Syncing?

Check Your Connection

Device weather information is obtained and updated via your phone using third-party weather services. To ensure the weather loads correctly:

  1. Make sure your phone has a stable internet connection.
  2. If the network is weak, try turning Wi-Fi off and on again.
  3. Ensure your device is connected to the Runmefit app.

Refresh Your Watch’s Weather

Once your connection is confirmed, follow these steps to refresh your watch’s weather.

  1. Open the Runmefit app.
  2. Tap the Devices tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Tap Weather in the Devices menu.

  4. Turn off the Weather feature, leave the page, and then turn it back on to refresh the connection.

After completing these steps, your device should sync properly and display the latest weather information.
