How to use Runmefit Plus Membership Redemption
1. Enter Redemption Details On the redemption page, please provide the following two pieces of information:
Redemption Code: Enter the 12 character code you received.
Email/Phone Number: Enter the email address or phone number associated with your current Runmefit App account.
2. Confirm Redemption Click the orange "Redeem" button.
3. Check Results
Redemption Successful: A green icon will appear, and your benefits will be applied immediately.
Redemption Failed: Please check your input based on the red error message displayed (e.g., "Invalid Code" or "User Not Found").
FAQ
Q1: What should I do if it says "User Not Found"?
Cause: The system could not find the account information you entered.
Solution: Please ensure you enter the exact account (email or phone number) currently used in the Runmefit App.
If you enter an unregistered account or an incorrect format (e.g., extra spaces), the system will block the request.
Please double-check the spelling to ensure it matches your App login details perfectly, then try again.
Q2: What if it says "Invalid Code"?
Check Spelling: Ensure you haven't confused characters (e.g., "O" vs. "0", "I" vs. "1").
Check Expiry: Confirm that your redemption code has not expired.
Already Used: Each code can only be used once and cannot be redeemed again.
Q3: Redemption succeeded on the web, but I don't see the membership or watch face in the App?
Refresh Data: Pull down to refresh on the homepage in the App, or try closing the App completely and reopening it. Data synchronization may take a few seconds.
Verify Account: Please confirm again that the account you entered on the web page is the exact same one logged in on your phone.
Q4: What happens if I use a code while I'm already a Plus member?
Validity Extension: If you are already a member, the new duration will usually automatically extend your current validity period (e.g., if it expires in January and you redeem a 1-month code, it extends to February).
Q5: Where do I find my redeemed "Premium Watch Face" or "Bundle"?
Path: After redemption, go to Device > Watch Face Market in the App. Your redeemed watch faces will appear in "My Watch Faces". Click to install them on your device.
Q6: Can the code be refunded or transferred to another person?
Account Binding: Once successfully redeemed, the benefits are bound to that specific account and cannot be revoked, refunded, or transferred. Please verify you are logged into the correct account before redeeming.
