How to View and Understand Your Sleep Score?

Viewing Your Sleep Score on Runmefit Watch

In the "Sleep" feature, you can view your Sleep Score. This score is estimated based on Sleep Duration Sufficiency, Restorative Sleep (ratio of Deep Sleep and REM), and Sleep Continuity (awake duration). Your Sleep Score will appear after you wake up.

After your sleep is analyzed, you will receive a score between 0 and 100, including categories and breakdowns, to help you understand how to make your sleep more restorative.

To view your Sleep Score, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Sleep" feature on your Watch.

  2. Scroll down to learn more about your Sleep Score.

Your Sleep Score is estimated based on Sleep Duration Sufficiency (50 points), Restorative Sleep (35 points), and Sleep Continuity (15 points). The total score ranges from "Very Low" to "Excellent," categorized as follows:

  • Very Low: < 50

  • Low: 50 - 64

  • Fair: 65 - 79

  • High: 80 - 89

  • Excellent: 90 - 100

Note:Restorative Sleep considers the proportion of Deep Sleep and Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep. Sleep Continuity considers the total awake duration during sleep.

Viewing Your Sleep Score on Runmefit App

Every morning after waking up, sync your watch to view your Sleep Score level within the Sleep feature.

  1. Open the Runmefit App, pull down on the Home page to refresh, and then tap the "Sleep" feature.

  2. Scroll down to Sleep Score to learn more about your score and other details.
