What are Runmefit Sleep Animals?
Runmefit's "Sleep Animal" feature is a deep analysis system. It doesn't just look at how long you slept last night, but visualizes your sleep performance into 9 different animals through two core dimensions:
Sleep Quality: Comprehensively evaluates last night's sleep duration, deep sleep percentage, REM sleep percentage, and the number of wake-ups.
Sleep Rhythm: Evaluates the regularity of your bedtime and wake-up time based on your data from the past 7 days.
What does each sleep animal represent?
High Quality Sleep
These animals represent that your sleep quality is excellent, and your body has fully recovered.
Lion
Traits: High Quality + High Regularity.
Meaning: Represents those whose sleep quality is extremely high, and whose schedule is very regular with no staying up late.
Owl
Traits: High Quality + Moderate Regularity.
Meaning: Represents those who, despite occasionally staying up late or having minor schedule fluctuations, can still ensure high-quality deep sleep.
Dolphin
Traits: High Quality + Low Regularity.
Meaning: Represents those whose schedules are completely irregular, yet they achieve excellent recovery regardless of when they fall asleep. They possess an enviable talent for sleep.
Medium Quality Sleep
These animals represent that your sleep is acceptable and meets basic needs, but there is room for improvement.
Cat
Traits: Medium Quality + High Regularity.
Meaning: Depicts those whose schedule is as punctual as a clock, but sleep depth is average and prone to light sleep.
Bear
Traits: Medium Quality + Moderate Regularity.
Meaning: Represents those whose schedules are fairly regular and sleep quality is acceptable—not perfect but sufficient to cope with daily life.

Traits: Medium Quality + Low Regularity.
Meaning: Represents those whose bedtimes change frequently, with average sleep quality and a lack of stability.
Low Quality Sleep

How to view your sleep animal?
Runmefit calculates based on your sleep performance within 7 days and updates your animal character daily. No need to wait a week; as long as there was a valid sleep record last night, you can see the result today.
Please follow these steps:
Wear watch to sleep: Ensure your Runmefit watch is sufficiently charged and wear it comfortably on your wrist while sleeping.
Meet data requirements: You need to generate a valid sleep record (requires more than 3 hours of effective sleep duration) so the algorithm can capture Deep Sleep and REM stages.
Sync data: After waking up the next day, open the Runmefit App on your phone and pull down on the home page to sync watch data. (Regardless of whether the watch supports Sleep Animals directly)
View results: Tap the "Sleep" card on the home page to enter the details page. Scroll down to see your "Sleep Animal" character for last night and the corresponding analysis.
Note: The algorithm combines your sleep regularity from the past 7 days with last night's sleep quality for a comprehensive assessment, so your "Sleep Animal" character is updated daily. We recommend observing the trend of your animal changes over time to help you intuitively understand and improve your sleep habits.
