How do I create a personalized AI watch face?
You can personalize your watch face in several ways through the Runmefit app. First, open the Runmefit app, tap "Device" at the bottom, and select your device to get started.
- From the "Watch Face Store", go to the "AI Watch Face" section.
- In the text box, describe the style you want (e.g., "blue futuristic cyborg cat") and send.
- If you're not satisfied, tap "Regenerate" or modify your description.
- Once you're happy with the image, tap "Download and set as current watch face".
- The watch face will be applied to your watch and saved under "My watch faces".
What are Runmefit Plus AI insights?
Runmefit provides AI-powered insights to help you understand your health and performance. These are divided into sleep and workout reports.
- Daily Sleep Report (Free for all users): Every morning, you can view a daily analysis of the previous night's sleep, showing your sleep stages and quality.
- Weekly Sleep Report (Plus members): As a member, you receive a comprehensive weekly summary of your sleep patterns. This report analyzes your sleep data over the past seven days to identify trends, provide deeper insights, and offer personalized suggestions to help you improve your sleep quality.
- Workout Analysis Report (Plus members): After each workout, you receive a detailed analysis based on your performance metrics (like heart rate, pace, and duration). The report assesses your performance, provides insights into what went well, and offers actionable advice for your next session.

Free Users: Data is retained on the cloud server for only 3 months.
Premium Users: Data is permanently stored in the cloud; your personal health and fitness data will continue to be retained even if you change your phone.
How do I subscribe to Runmefit Plus?
iOS Users (Apple App Store)
- Open the Runmefit app and log in.
- Tap Me > Runmefit Plus.
- Choose a subscription plan (new users receive a 3-day free trial).
- Tap Subscribe, and confirm your subscription on the Apple App Store page.
- Verify with your Apple ID and complete payment.
Android Users (Google Play)
- Open the Runmefit app and log in.
- Tap Me > Runmefit Plus.
- Choose a subscription plan (new users receive a 3-day free trial).
- Tap Subscribe, and confirm your subscription on the Google Play page.
- Verify your Google account and complete payment.
How much does Runmefit Plus cost?

What languages does Runmefit Plus support?
- Subscription plans: monthly or yearly (yearly subscriptions include discounts).

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next billing date. Uninstalling the app or logging out does not cancel your subscription.
- After cancellation, you will retain access to membership benefits until the end of the billing cycle.
- All payments, cancellations, and refunds must be managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Runmefit cannot directly cancel or refund subscriptions.
iOS (Apple App Store Purchases)
- Cancel Subscription:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your Apple ID > Media & Purchases > View Account.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Runmefit Plus and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Request a Refund:
- Tap Report a Problem in your Apple purchase receipt email.
- Or visit reportaproblem.apple.com and log in with your Apple ID.
Android (Google Play Purchases)
- Cancel Subscription:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select Runmefit Plus and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Request a Refund:
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon > Help & Feedback.
- Select Request a Google Play Refund and follow the prompts.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?
Yes, as long as you log in with the same Runmefit account used to purchase the subscription. Your Plus benefits will be available on any device where you are logged in.
Can I gift Runmefit Plus to others?
Currently, gifting a Runmefit Plus subscription is not supported.
