iOS Users (Apple App Store) Subscription
- Open the Runmefit App and log in to your account.
- Tap the Runmefit Plus entry on the My page.
- Select the subscription plan that suits you (new users will see a 3-day free trial).
- Tap Subscribe, and the Apple subscription confirmation page will appear.
- Complete verification with your Apple ID and confirm the subscription.
Android Users (Google Play) Subscription
- Open the Runmefit App and log in to your account.
- Tap the Runmefit Plus entry on the My page.
- Select the subscription plan that suits you (new users will see a 3-day free trial).
- Tap Subscribe, and the Google Play subscription confirmation page will appear.
- Confirm your payment information with your Google account and complete the subscription.
Reminders
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Runmefit does not process subscriptions or payments directly.
- New users can enjoy a 3-day free trial. After the trial ends, the system will automatically renew and charge unless you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
- Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not automatically cancel the subscription.
- Once the subscription is successful, membership benefits will be activated immediately, and you can start using Runmefit Plus features.
- If features are not unlocked after subscription, try restarting the app or submit feedback through the Feedback section in the app.
