How to cancel Runmefit Plus subscription

Note:
● Subscription cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before the next renewal date, otherwise the subscription will automatically renew and be charged.
● Uninstalling the app or logging out of your account will not automatically cancel your subscription.
● After cancellation, you can continue to use your membership benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.
● All subscriptions and refunds through the Apple App Store or Google Play must be handled by the respective platforms. Runmefit cannot directly operate or refund.

 

iOS Users (Apple App Store Purchases)

If you subscribed to Runmefit Plus through the iOS app, your payment is processed by Apple.
● Runmefit cannot access or cancel Apple orders, nor can it issue refunds directly.
● Cancellations and refunds must be processed through Apple.

Cancellation Procedures

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap your Apple ID and sign in (if not already signed in).

3. Select Media & Purchases > View Account.

4. Tap Subscriptions.

5. Find Runmefit Plus and tap Cancel Subscription.

How to Request a Refund

● Tap "Report a Problem" in the Apple receipt email you received after purchase.
● Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and log in to your Apple ID.
● Tap "Report a Problem" at the bottom of your iTunes Purchase History page.

 

Android Users (Google Play Purchases)

●If you subscribed to Runmefit Plus through the Android app, your payment is processed by Google Play.

Cancellation Steps

1. Open the Google Play Store app.

2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.

3. Select Payment & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.

4. Find Runmefit Plus and tap Cancel Subscription.

Request a Refund

1. Open the Google Play Store app.

2. Tap your profile icon > Help & Feedback.

3. Select Request a Google Play Refund and follow the prompts.

● Request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. If you request a refund after this time, you may need to contact Google Support.
