If none of the solutions in the table above resolve the issue, it is recommended to perform a factory reset on the watch.

Additionally, check your phone's Bluetooth settings to see if there is any previously paired watch information. If found, please delete it and then re-pair the watch.

Fitness

Why might the step count be inaccurate?

Step counting accuracy depends on various factors such as walking posture, stride habits, walking speed, continuity, terrain, arm swing amplitude, and swing frequency.

1 Make sure you’ve correctly entered and synced your personal information (gender, height, weight, age) to the watch. These data points affect the step calculation algorithm.

2 During daily activities, swinging your arms or body may cause the watch to mistakenly record steps—especially if the motion is rhythmic or sustained.

3 If you walk only a few steps or the motion isn’t continuous, the watch may not register any steps.

Health Monitoring

Why is the heart rate reading inaccurate?

Inaccuracies may result from improper wearing. For best results:Avoid wearing the strap too tightly or too loosely.Keep your arm relaxed and still during measurement.Ensure the watch is snugly in contact with your wrist.

Why is there no historical heart rate or Blood Oxygen data?

Please ensure that the automatic detection feature is enabled (turn on automatic measurement in the Runmefit App under Device Settings).

Sometimes the watch may fail to collect data due to improper wearing during automatic detection. If the sensor fails to get a reading, no data will be recorded for that session.

Message Notifications

Why am I not receiving notifications on the watch?

Please check the following:

1 Ensure both your watch and Runmefit App are updated to the latest version.

2 Confirm that Bluetooth is properly connected and the watch can sync data with the app.

3 In the Runmefit App, go to Message Notifications and ensure the toggle is ON. Then enable the specific apps you want notifications from.

4 On the watch, press the crown to open the menu > Settings > Do Not Disturb Mode. If DND is enabled, notifications will be silenced. Disable it if needed.

5 Only notifications that appear in your phone’s status bar can be forwarded to the watch. Make sure app messages are allowed to appear in the phone’s status bar.

If all settings are correct and you still don’t receive notifications, try restarting your phone and reconnecting the watch.

Why doesn’t the watch screen light up when I raise my wrist?

1 Please ensure the wrist-raise-to-wake feature is turned on.

2  Press the watch crown to wake the menu, tap “Settings,” then find “Do Not Disturb” mode and check whether it is enabled. When Do Not Disturb mode is on, wrist raise will not light up the screen.

Caution

•When walking or standing, it’s recommended to raise your wrist naturally from your side to view the screen (try to keep the screen as horizontal as possible).

•If the wrist raise movement is too small or the angle insufficient, the sensor may not detect the motion and the screen won’t light up.

Others Issues

How to update firmware?

1 You will receive a notification in the App when a firmware update is available. Please be patient as the update may take some time.

2 To check if your watch firmware is the latest version, open the Runmefit App and find the “Firmware Update” option.

3 During the update, keep the watch battery ≥30%, maintain stable phone internet connection, keep the watch and phone close together, and avoid exiting the update screen or restarting the watch.

How to use photo control and music control functions?

1 After connecting with the Runmefit App, you can control your phone’s music playback from the watch. For Android users, you need to open a music player app on your phone before using this feature.

2 The photo control feature requires camera permission granted to the Runmefit App in your phone settings.

3 Photo control only works when the Runmefit App is running in the foreground; it won’t work if the app is running in the background.

Why doesn’t my phone respond when using the watch’s Find Phone function?

1 Make sure the watch is connected to the Runmefit App.

2 Check that your phone is not in silent mode; if it is, the Find Phone function won’t work. Please turn off silent mode.

3 The Runmefit App must have permission to access the system’s sound (media volume). Please enable sound permission for the app in your phone settings.

Why is the time on the watch inaccurate?

1 When connected to the Runmefit App successfully, the watch syncs time from your phone.

2 If the watch runs out of battery and powers off for a long time, the time may become incorrect. After charging, reconnect with the Runmefit App to sync the correct time.

Why is the weather information not updating on my watch?

If weather data is not updating, please check the following:

1 Ensure the watch is connected to the Runmefit App.

2 Make sure the Runmefit App has location permission enabled.

3 Confirm your phone has a stable internet connection; poor network may delay weather updates.

4 Ensure your phone’s location services are on. Indoor or enclosed spaces may prevent location detection, so try reconnecting in an open area.

5 If on Wi-Fi and updates fail, improve your network environment.
