First, please confirm that your exercise data has been successfully synced to the app. If the data is correct but you still haven't received the medal, it may be due to network delays or other issues. You can try refreshing the page or logging out and back into the app. If the issue persists, please click the “My” page in the app and select “Feedback” to submit the issue.

The statistical period is from 00:00 to 23:59 each day. During this period, achieving the corresponding metrics will earn you the relevant medal for that day. Click on the corresponding medal to view the specific rules.
Q4. If I fail to meet the daily target, will it affect my ability to earn certain medals?
Different types of medals have different rules: Daily medals are awarded upon meeting the target on the same day; Continuous medals require uninterrupted completion, and any interruption will require restarting; Cumulative medals are calculated based on total progress, and incomplete periods will not affect the final award.
