If your device is experiencing issues such as not responding to button presses, failing to power on or light up the screen after charging, please follow the steps below:
- Press and hold the button for 10 to 20 seconds to force reset and turn on the device.
- If step 1 does not work after 20 seconds, please connect the watch to the charger and try step 1 again.
