Does my device support OTA upgrades?

All devices support OTA (Over-The-Air) upgrades.

We regularly release OTA upgrades based on user feedback to enhance device functionality and performance.

These upgrades may include new features, bug fixes, performance enhancements, and user interface improvements.

How do I receive OTA updates?

When a new firmware update is available for your device, the Runmefit App will provide you with an update notification via a pop-up window. You can start the upgrade process in the following two ways:

  • Automatic Prompt: View the update information directly in the pop-up window and choose to install the latest firmware.

  • Manual Check: You can also go to the "Device" page in the app at any time and tap on "Firmware Upgrade" to manually check for and install updates.

Before starting the upgrade, please note the following important points:

  • Sufficient Battery: Please ensure your watch's battery level is above 30%.

  • Stable Connection: Keep your watch and phone close to each other to ensure a stable Bluetooth connection.

  • Be Patient: This firmware update may take some time, please wait patiently.

  • Keep the App Running: Before the update is complete, please keep your watch and phone in close proximity and stay on the current upgrade page. Do not lock the screen or exit the application.
