To connect your device to a new or different phone, you usually need to unpair the device from your current phone first.
For iOS users:
- Launch the Runmefit app on your current phone and go to "Devices";
- Find the device you need to unpair, and choose "Unpair" or "Delete";
- Go into your phone's system Bluetooth settings, find the device, and click "Forget This Device."
For Android users:
- Launch the Runmefit app on your current phone;
- Go to "Devices", find the device you need to unpair, and choose "Unpair" or "Delete".
After unpairing, your current phone will no longer be linked to the device.
