If Find My Phone doesn't work:
- Please ensure that the device and the "Runmefit" app are connected.
- Please check if your phone is in silent mode.
The "Find My Phone" feature is not available in silent mode. Please turn off the silent mode on your phone first. - For Android users, please check if the "Runmefit" app has permission to access the phone's system sound (media volume).
Steps: Go to your phone's "Settings", find and turn on the Sound Permissions for Runmefit.
If Find My Device doesn't work:
- Please ensure that the device and the "Runmefit" app are connected.
- Please check if your device is in Do Not Disturb mode.
In Do Not Disturb mode, the device only displays notifications and does not emit sound or vibration alerts.
