How to fix when Find My Phone/Find My Device doesn't work?

If Find My Phone doesn't work:

  1. Please ensure that the device and the "Runmefit" app are connected.
  2. Please check if your phone is in silent mode.
    The "Find My Phone" feature is not available in silent mode. Please turn off the silent mode on your phone first.
  3. For Android users, please check if the "Runmefit" app has permission to access the phone's system sound (media volume).
    Steps: Go to your phone's "Settings", find and turn on the Sound Permissions for Runmefit.

If Find My Device doesn't work:

  1. Please ensure that the device and the "Runmefit" app are connected.
  2. Please check if your device is in Do Not Disturb mode.
    In Do Not Disturb mode, the device only displays notifications and does not emit sound or vibration alerts.
