How to use the SOS emergency calling function on my device?

  • Updated

The SOS emergency call function is implemented based on Bluetooth calling. So if your device doesn't support Bluetooth Calling, you will not be able to use the SOS calling function.

As of August 31, 2023, only the GTS4, GTS5, and GTS6 smartwatch models support Bluetooth calls.

Before using the SOS emergency calls, you must first ensure that you've enabled the Bluetooth Calling function. For detailed steps, see "How do I enable Bluetooth calling on my device?"

If you are using this function for the first time, please follow these steps to add an emergency contact:

  1. Open the Runmefit app first, and go to Device > Frequent Contacts;
  2. Click "+" to add frequently used contacts to the list;
  3. When the Emergency Contact banner appears, click "Add" to add an emergency contact.

* You can only add one emergency contact.
