How do I sync my device data to other apps?

  • Updated

Currently, the "Runmefit" app only supports syncing data to Apple Health or Google Health/Fit. NOT compatible with other third-party apps.

Data that can be synced to Apple Health and Google Health includes heart rate, steps, calories, distance, and sleep. Before syncing, please make sure you've granted the "Runmefit" App permission to share data with Apple Health or Google Health/Fit.

The steps are as follows:

  • Apple Health (for iOS users):
    1. Launch "Apple Health" and go to Data Sources;
    2. Find and select "Runmefit" from the list;
    3. Once connected, heart rate, steps, calories, distance, and sleep data can be synced to Apple Health.

  • Google Health/Fit (for Android users):
    1. Launch "Runmefit" and go to My > System settings > Data sharing;
    2. Enable data sharing;
    3. If a popup appears, select "Allow" or "Trust" to grant permission.
