If you are using the watch or fitness tracker for the first time, you need to activate the watch or fitness tracker first, then connect it to the "Runmefit" App, and the time on the watch or fitness tracker will be automatically synchronized with the phone.

The time may be reset or become inaccurate if your watch or fitness tracker:
- Not used for a long time;
- Battery drained and recharged;
- Reset to factory settings;
- or more.
If you want to calibrate the watch or fitness tracker's time, just reconnect your watch or fitness tracker to "Runmefit" App and wait for a 100% refresh to ensure successful information synchronization. After that, the watch or fitness tracker will automatically update to the latest time.
