For iOS users:
- Follow the instructions under App Download and Connection > How do I connect my watch or fitness tracker to the "Runmefit" app? to establish a connection;
- Once connected, you will be prompted to "Allow ***** to Receive Your iPhone Notifications?", then select "Allow";
- Go to "Runmefit" Devices > Notifications, and enable message notifications.
- If you still don't see notifications on your device, check your phone's system Bluetooth settings and make sure "Share System Notifications" is turned on. Please proceed as follows:
For Android users:
- Follow the instructions under App Download and Connection > How do I connect my watch or fitness tracker to the "Runmefit" app? to establish a connection;
- Once connected, go to phone notification settings and ensure "Runmefit" is allowed to send notifications;
- Go to "Runmefit" Devices > Notifications, and enable message notifications.
